The report is based on a workshop organized by Prof. Maneesha Deckha, Professor and Lansdowne Chair in Law at the University of Victoria in British Columbia, Canada, in close collaboration with the Center for Animal Law and Ethics (CALE). The workshop took place in February 2024 at the Collegium Helveticum in Zurich. The link to the workshop report will be available "here" once the article is published.
